How many of you geeks remember paper tape? Paper tape was a method of storing instructions (programs) for computers in the 60's and 70's. It was great fun trying to get a folded, spindled and torn tape through a persnickety paper tape reader. Well, we had a special tape punched with a message on it, shown above.
OK, geeks. It's time to dig out your baudot code references. What is the message?

The Answer: After the STX (start of transmission), the bell rings 3 times, followed by "IF YOU CAN READ THIS, YOU ARE AN ALPHA GEEK! EMAIL THIS MESSAGE TO INFO@GUARDIANGEEK.COM!" and is followed by 3 more bells, then the ETX (end of transmission).
